José González started a band with a couple of school friends in their hometown of Gothenburg over tens years ago. Partly due to José González huge solo success the band have not been heard of much until now, and have only just released there debut album ‘Fields’ in September 2010 (Mute). With González familiar voice guiding some beautiful songs its been well worth waiting for Junip to properly arrive.
