‘Summer Hits’ released today, is the latest single to come from Mazes debut album ‘A Thousand Heys’ out now on FatCat Records. The song originally featured on a Loud and Quiet cassette tape in 2009, only back then the song was called ‘Summer Hitz (Main Dykes)’ and/or ‘J & J Don’t Like This’.

Not Cool are a ‘gutter pop’ band born in the winter of 2008, semi-fresh from the sweet icebergs that were Lost Penguin and The Violets. These young twentysomething wanderers count severely divided genres as their influences. BeatCast caught up with them supporting Crocodiles at The Victoria, London
